Please carefully read the following instructions before filling out the leave application form for your ward:
- This form must be filled for any student who wishes to take leave for more than three consecutive school days.
- As per school & MOE attendance policy, students are not permitted to be absent from school for more than 30 consecutive days (including Fridays & Saturdays), except in cases of medical emergency.
- Failure to comply with these regulations may result in to cancellation of student enrollment in MOE – NSIS system.
