Leveraging a robust foundation, including a Business Graduate degree from the prestigious Edith Cowan University, Australia, Mr. James is responsible for translating the school’s vision into efficient, high-impact daily operations. His role is centered on:
- Strategic Operational Leadership: Directing and optimizing all non-academic functions of the institution, including Finance, Human Resources, Facilities Management, IT Infrastructure, and Administration. He ensures seamless coordination between departments to enhance service quality and institutional effectiveness.
- Team and Performance Management: Applying vast experience in leading teams to mentor, develop, and align staff across operational units. He fosters a culture of accountability, efficiency, and collaborative excellence, ensuring that all teams are empowered to meet the school’s high standards.
- Fiscal and Resource Stewardship: Overseeing the financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure the school’s long-term sustainability and strategic investments in educational resources and infrastructure.
